For Obama reallocating trillions of "sidelined dollars" from the individaul and institutional 'quants' to invest in Humanomics(sm) NEW economic paradigm the "Integration of Labor(sm)" as global technoloogic infrastructure-GTI, to foster JOBS creation to scale, to drive sustainable growth, for decades. However the President's problem is, he has NOT got such a llegislative program, as was proposed, by Yehooshua Ya'acov, to the DNC and White House, wiith the CONTENT deliverables, that was thrown out by Summers and Axelorod as "to big" and risky, politically.
